An important historic building in the centre of Prague is now undergoing major renovation which was preceded by significant investments in the modernisation of the energy economy in the value of 1.22 million EURO
The ten-year EPC project which closed in 2009 consisted of:
- installation of a new cooling unit,
- reconstruction of the boiler room with the installation of new condensing boilers,
- recovery of waste heat from the ventilation outlet,
- exchange of circulators,
- installation of frequency control for fans and pumps..
The Project is annually assessed to be successful, contractually-guaranteed savings exceed the actually savings achieved.
