Rudolfinum is an important architectural landmark owned by the Czech Philharmonic. In 2015, the energy sector was modernised in order to reduce the annual power consumption of electricity, gas and water in the order of hundreds of thousands EURO per year.
A project for 0.74 million EURO is implemented by the means of energy services with a guarantee of savings (EPC).
The Czech Philharmonic, who owns Rudolfinum, will repay it over 9 years from future savings which are contractually liable by the provider of the project, i.e. the company of ENESA.
