In 2007 in Pardubice region we completed one of the biggest EPC projects in the Czech Republic in history. designed, financed and supplied energy saving measures in several dozens of various objects among them also four hospitals.

The EPC projects allowed financing measures, which would otherwise be unaffordable for the Pardubice region. The energy expenses were significantly lowered and the environmental quality was improved. The complex solutions of ENESA included design and supply of new technologies and running the energy management. The deciding factor for the owner was however the guarantee of savings covering all investments and other expenses of the EPC project.
