A total of 11 buildings have undergone energy modernization: eight schools and three nursing homes. Savings will be generated by three refurbished boiler rooms, new LED lighting, and modernization of the metering and control system. Installing an individual temperature control system in classrooms, meeting rooms, or offices according to their use is a significant contribution.

The project includes energy management, where the provider monitors and evaluates the consumption in individual buildings and rooms. 
The project also has environmental benefits. Thanks to the measures, Prague 7 will save 1.5 Olympic swimming pools of water every year. The reduction in energy consumption represents the equivalent of 470 tonnes of CO2 emissions per year.
