It was right here at Stavovské divadlo (The Estate Theatre) where Mozart presented his Don Giovany opera for the first time. Modernisation of the energy economy in this historic building necessitated 1.1 million EURO.

Contractually-guaranteed annual saving amounts to 182,131 cubic metres of natural gas and 158 MWh of electricity which represents about 93 thousand EURO. Other savings were gained by reducing the costs of operation, maintenance and service.

A twelve-year agreement concluded in 2009 focused on:

• modernisation of the heat source for heating and
• the installation of a reverse cooling source of cold (500 kW) for air conditioning and heating,
